Fresh out of college, I spent years waiting tables while freelancing—not the plan, but it taught me something I still use: how to read a room, balance competing interests, and find the move that works for everyone without losing what matters.
That instinct shapes how I lead. What I do isn't art—it's putting creativity into action on someone else's challenge. I believe the best work comes from being equally fluent in craft and business, seeing the small moment and the bigger opportunity it opens.
I've spent 15+ years building brands across agency and in-house teams—advertising, brand systems, interactive design, creative strategy, video, experiential. For the past three, I've led Milliman's distributed Brand & Creative team, transforming how a global firm approaches creative work at scale.
I believe every project is a chance to do something better than the last. It’s because I care about work that's crafted and work that works. Those shouldn't be separate conversations.
